Standing on the Frontlines: Celebrating Apostle Crystal Adams’ 25th Anniversary
The joy, laughter, and overwhelming love from a historic weekend are still ringing loud in our hearts at Consuming Fire Ministries. This past March 27th through 29th, 2026, our church family gathered for a monumental milestone: the 25th Pastoral Anniversary Celebration of our beloved Apostle Crystal Adams.
Twenty-five years of fierce leadership, prophetic guidance, and unwavering dedication is a profound testament to God’s calling—and we made sure to celebrate it in true family fashion!
A Powerful Three-Day Celebration
The milestone was so grand it couldn’t be contained in just one day. The weekend kicked off on Friday night, March 27th, with powerful words from Apostle Tara N. Terry. The momentum continued into Saturday afternoon, March 28th, where we gathered for fellowship and a beautiful anniversary banquet featuring incredible words from guest speaker Elder Rodney McCray.
To close out the glorious weekend on Sunday, March 29th, we were deeply moved by the stirring words shared by Apostle D.C. Terry Sr. Each speaker brought a message that perfectly balanced a deep appreciation for the spiritual legacy God has built through Apostle Adams over the last quarter of a century with timely encouragement for our entire congregation.
A Sunday Shower of Love
While the entire weekend was unforgettable, the final day of the anniversary held a magic all its own. If you were in the sanctuary that Sunday afternoon, you could feel the tangible spirit of gratitude in the room.
As a congregation, we wanted to ensure Apostle Adams knew just how deeply we appreciate her heart for the people. She is a fierce protector of her sheep, a leader who doesn't hold back, and a faithful vessel who speaks exactly what the Lord places on her heart—whether it’s a vision for our future or a word of warning to keep us on the right path.
Family by family, and collectively as one big church community, we had the privilege of presenting her with an abundance of gifts to show our love and appreciation for her service. Seeing her joy and receiving her blessings was the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable weekend.
