The Big Reveal: Introducing Our Newest Annual Event + A Major Update!
Hello everyone!
We have some incredibly exciting news to share with you all today. As our community continues to grow, we are always looking for ways to make our annual gatherings bigger, better, and more impactful. Today, we are officially announcing a major refresh to our annual event calendar!
Whether you’ve been with us from the very beginning or recently joined our family, these updates are designed to bring us closer together and create unforgettable experiences.
Here is what’s changing:
1. It’s Here! Welcoming Our Newest Annual Event
You might have noticed some fresh energy around here lately! We are thrilled to officially introduce a brand-new annual event to our calendar. While we've been busy getting the word out and perfecting our fliers behind the scenes, this event actually kicked off back in June and is already in full swing!
What it is: Please welcome the Youth Prize Raffle!
The Timeline: This year’s inaugural run goes all the way until August 22nd, so there is still plenty of time to get involved and join the excitement!
Looking Ahead: Because we wanted to make sure everything was perfect for this first year, our online announcement came a little later in the season. Moving forward, this event will officially launch on time every single 3rd Sunday in June!
We’ve seen a growing need for our youth to get involved more, and we are so excited to establish this new tradition with you.
2. Combined & Set in Stone: The New Mega Event
In addition to introducing our newest tradition, we are streamlining our long-standing lineup. Moving forward, Fun in the Sun Day! and Back to School Bash are officially joining forces to become one massive, unified celebration!
This is our permanent new format, and the details for our upcoming gathering are already officially locked in:
Date: July 25th, 2026
Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: Consuming Fire Ministries, 436 South 6th St, Hartsville, SC 29550
Why the Change?
While we loved hosting these events separately, combining their energy, resources, and themes allows us to deliver a much more powerful and seamless experience. Instead of splitting your time and energy between two smaller events, you’ll get the absolute best of both worlds packed into one incredible landmark gathering.
What This Means for You:
More Value: All your favorite elements from both events will still be there—just bigger and better.
Easier Planning: One major event means less travel, fewer schedule conflicts, and a single date to circle on your calendar.
Deeper Community Connection: Bringing everyone together at the same time will allow for incredible networking, fellowship, and shared moments.
What’s Next?
Now that the details are locked in, you can officially circle the date on your calendar!
In the meantime, don't miss out on the remaining weeks of our new annual event running through August 22nd! Check out our latest fliers below, grab the details, and dive in.
Thank you all for your continuous support, enthusiasm, and dedication. We truly believe these changes mark the beginning of our most exciting chapter yet.
